By the school building there is the school estate for the purpose of practical and professional traininig for all the students. The school economy offers various services: repairing motorcars and farm machinery; chemical analysis in agriculture and food; production of planting material, flowers, fruits and vegetables, wheat barley, soybean, sugar beet (crop rotation of 17 different crops) on the demonstration land.

1. The school garden
   - greenhouse 400 sq.m, 5 hotbeds,
     2 ha of open land

2. Mechanic's shop (garage)
   - repairing farm machinery and motorcars

3. Farming areas
   - 192 ha of wheat, soybean, sugar beet,
     barley

4. Truck farming areas
   - 20 ha of potatoes, onions, cabbage, kale,
     pepper, carrots, lettuce, wather melons,
	 peas, strawberries

5. Orchard
   - 10 ha of apples and pears

6. Veterinarian workshop


7. Chemistry Laboratory
   - equiped for chemical and food technology
     department and for service in defining the
     quality of wather and pH-validity  of soil.
